After more than a year of the planning process, careful study, and community involvement; after more than 400 individuals who live, work, or invest in the Tree Streets lent their voice and vision to the planning effort, the Growing Our Tree Streets Neighborhood Transformation Plan was developed. A 257-page plan that explains why and how the Tree Streets, Lewiston’s core neighborhood, can be transformed into the safe, walkable, vibrant residential neighborhood it once was.
