Healthy Neighborhoods Council

The Healthy Neighborhood Planning Council (HNPC) has 15 voting members who commit to attend monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month (from 2:00 - 4:00 PM). HNPC members are responsible for decision making, direction setting, and strategic thinking as HN works alongside the City of Lewiston and hired city planning consultants to develop a Tree Street Neighborhood Transformation Plan by Spring 2019.

HNPC members commit to making decisions in a way that considers and honors the feedback received from the greater Community and Advisory Group members (which is every non-council member who participates). The Council is supported with a Network Organizer, as well as by small-group Healthy Neighborhoods teams (Community Engagement Team, Neighborhood Development Team, Policy Team, Leadership Team, and Finance Team).
